My name is Henry Clinton and I am an attorney who was pressed with a filing on short notice. I called Brad and advised him that not only did the filing have to be accomplished but it had to, be accompanied by a check.
Brad was able to arrange the delivery, cut a check, print out the filing, prepare an envelope and get the documents delivered for filing.
Brad was professional and personal and most importantly, he was able to get the task completed timely and with ease. I would highly recommend him and Rapid Delivery for any delivery/filing matter.

I was in Philadelphia for a last minute business request and required the immediate service of a courier in area that I could trust to deliver all of the goods for my customers. Come in contact with Rapid Delivery is a great blessing for me, not only because they did a good job, but because I learned several valuable life lessons within a short conversation while placing the order. This company must have the best quality of staff who quickly understand your most concern when you knock at their door, and really know how to provide solution to put you at ease. I live far away from PA and had an unusual request to deliver a surprise Birthday gift to a location in Phila, where the driver needed to drop off the gifts in 2 separated buildings at the precised time. I was working under limited budget and without a credit card. Brian was very patient with me when he understood my situation, he went out of his way to be very helpful, flexible to accommodate my needs. He was very caring for my situation, arranged for me to pay within my means and to pay without a credit card; and even made a follow up call after the delivery to make sure everything was okay. The driver arrived right on time to pick up from my friend's home, who was very impressed right away by the driver's professionalism. Due to traffic accident, although the delivery did not make it on time, the driver went out of his way to make the situation right for the surprise moment that was missed. It made my day just to encounter good people like in this company. You don't usually find people in business working like olden day working ethics. I hope someone in the government will discover the work ethics of this business and make it a model of successful business in our country. It sums up with one statement with my experience: I usually have hard time to trust, but you can definitely count on Rapid Delivery to deliver what you heart's desire.

Customer Service Was PERFECT
Could not be more satisfied! Brad was very attentive and accommodating to our needs. We originally needed the company to pick up some boxes and hold it at their location until until one of our employees could pick it up, but later on ended up needing them to drop it off at a location. They were able to assist us with the changes and the process went very smoothly. Brad was more than helpful through the entire situation. Cannot recommend this company enough!

I am very grateful that Rapid Delivery reunited me with my purse, wallet, car keys, and phone after I accidentally left my purse behind at a gate at the Philly airport during a layover. I panicked after reaching my destination location in Maine. How was I ever going to get back to my home in the DC area if my driver's license was at US Air Lost and Found at the Philly airport? It was extra confusing because after one initial phone call the Lost and Found department didn't pick up any of the phone calls I made to their department
Much thanks to Brad Wool, Vice President of Rapid Delivery- he gave me advice about how to get through to an actual person at US Air's Lost and Found. He also gave me advice about what to write on a letter that I faxed to RD so a courier would be permitted to pick up the purse at the Lost and Found. After I said, "Yes, please have the courier go to the airport," it was less than two hours before Brad called me back to say that he had the purse, was confirming its contents, and that he was packaging it up to be fed exed to me.
Brad also talked me through all of the charges that would come with each step of the process. As a result I was reunited with a purse, my ID, my car keys, and my phone, in less than 24 hours- all for around $140.

The gentlemen who delivered the food for the seminar, did an outstanding job. It is a bit confusing as to how to get to the 10th floor but he managed to do so. On top of that, there was a fire alarm, so everyone including he, had to evacuate the building. My apologies if he was late to his next appointment as he continued to see the job through with us despite it interfering with his schedule. Even though I am sure the fire alarm incident set him back, he maintained a very positive and upbeat attitude. I know I was incredibly stressed having to figure out how to cut my presentation in half! - I was stuck with an item that needed to be couriered from Philadelphia to UK as the original sender did not deal with shipping. I called Rapid Delivery and from the first moment on the phone Brad was super helpful. He arranged a courier to collect the item so I could arrange an international courier to pick it up from him. As I was not able to print out the shipping labels for the courier, Brad kindly did this for me, too. I can’t thank Bard enough for his help! - If I could I would honestly rate Rapid Delivery higher. From the initial call during the Democratic National Convention 2016, which was busy a time for the entire area. Brad and Marc took care of me from jump. The best customer service I experienced ever. Overall service was nothing short of outstanding, with constant communication until my packages was delivered. Not only that when I called the next day on a very short noticed. They were able to ensure my package was delivered on time, and using outstanding logistical skills. - I found Rapid Delivery when I needed to have a large quantity of high-profile packages moved from a hotel to a secure convention center within a very tight time frame...all while I was out of town. I spoke with Brad over the phone and he assured me that everything would be taken care of, down to the minor details. When half of my packages were delayed in arriving to the hotel pick-up spot, the Rapid Delivery team made a second trip, adjusting quickly to my complicated request. - I work for a very prestigious law firm in Newark, N.J. We had an emergency where we needed a Certification signed by someone in Egg Harbor, NJ within a 1 1/2 hour time window. I called Rapid Delivery and spoke with Brad. He could not do enough to help me and managed to get the job done in record time with the help of his courier! They were courteous, professional and in constant contact with me throughout the process so that I didn't worry.
